I am looking for an Embedded Linux Engineer for a fascinating client in Basingstoke, who are a renowned consultancy company. They are looking to add candidates within the top 5% in the field, and are offering a varied and exciting work place.

As the Embedded Linux Engineer, you will work on a range of turnkey solutions for a range of the company's client base. Despite being experts within the broadcast space, you will work with clients across other industries including Medical and Automotive. You will work closely with other members of the software and FPGA team developing products from concept to release, and to a timely manner.

Key Skills:

* Embedded C, C++

* Embedded Linux

* Linux Kernel development

* Excellent design and problem solving skills

* Degree qualified within a relevant subject i.e. Computer Science

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with broadcast technologies

* ARM Microcontrollers

* FPGA based Microcontrollers

* Image Processing Algorithms

* Ability to do hardware level debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analysers.
