£40,000 - £50,000 + Car/Allowance + Private Healthcare + Phone + Laptop + Training + Progression + Chartership Support

Are you a Senior BMS/M&E Engineer? Are you looking for your next career move to a reputable and award winning company? My client are a leading building services/M&E consultancy working with a number of leading national and international retail clients. They are seeking a senior consultant/Engineer to consult with key clients on their M&E, HVAC, BMS and controls technical

The successful candidate will have experience as a senior engineer with a background in M&E, BMS, HVAC and plant review and surveys. Although previous experience working within a consultancy is not essential. They will also be based somewhere in the south east, hold a full driving license and be happy to travel to meet with clients within the region.

The role will include Project Management, Contract and Energy Service through Mechanical/ Electrical HVAC and Refrigeration. Some of their clients include major supermarket chains.

This position is field based with the office in Bristol, you will initially be based in the office when not out in the field but will be home based after the probationary period.

The Role:

* M&E, HVAC & BMS Controls Technical engineering

* HVAC Plant performance reviews and surveys

* M&E Plant maintenance and performance reviews / audits

The Candidate:

*A Multi-skilled building services engineer

*Previous experience of large scale commercial projects

*Based within the south east and holding a full UK driving license
