Senior Desktop Support Engineer (Windows AD Virtual Desktop VMWare Citrix Networking VOIP). UK technology services provider that specialise in finance markets is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide a range of 2nd-3rd line technical support. You'll be liaising with users including traders, investors and C-suite level executives to manage expectations and ensure all incidents are resolved.
As a Senior Desktop Support Engineer you will be working with a range of technologies including Windows OS, Active Directory, Virtual Desktops VMWare, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco networking and VOIP.
You'll be working in a professional, technology driven environment that offers excellent training and career development; offices based in South West London.
Requirements:
