Technical Training Developer (18 months - FTC)

Hertfordshire (Commutable from: Watford, Reading, Slough, London, Stevenage, Enfield, Romford)

Excellent opportunity on offer for someone looking to join an exciting project as technical training developer, where you will play a key role within the R&D of a £400million project.

Do you have experience as a technical author within a manufacturing or construction environment? Do have proven experience of writing training programmes?

Established over 50 years ago this company is an innovative business whose mission is to make the built environment better for all, by creating and manufacturing cost effective and environmentally friendly homes. They have recently won a new exciting project and due to this they require a technical training developer to join the business and work closely with the technical leads.

In this role you will work closely with the technical leads, understanding and analysing technical data, transferring this information into simplified context. You will design and develop training solutions using recognised methods. You will work directly with key industry stakeholders to capture requirements for the training models, ensuring these models and methods can be interpreted clearly by professionals within the construction industry.

The Role:

* Technical Training Developer

* 18 month fixed term

* Work closely with the technical leads, understanding and analysing technical data, transferring this information into simplified context
