CRM Manager (Marketing) - London

As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for taking ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within this organisation as well being responsible for CRM strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing although there is a huge amount of autonomy within this role. This is a management level position although due to the growing nature of the business, you will be hands on in the early days with a view to grow a team around yourself.

You will be working for a growing organisation that are pioneers in their industry. This organisation has already built up a great reputation and presence in their market. There is a very collaborative and open culture within the team and across the organisation with a genuinely flat structure.

Key Skills:

* Strong CRM Marketing background

* Strategy

* Confident being hands on with Marketing Automation / ESPs (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot although others will be suitable such as Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)

* B2C background is highly beneficial

* Ability to be creative as well as data-driven is also highly beneficial
