Senior IT Quality Assurance Manager, Global Internal Audit

Global Internal Audit provides independent, objective assurance to management and the risk and audit committees as to whether the framework of risk management, control, and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, is adequate and functioning.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior IT Quality Assurance Manager.

In this role, you will:

* Deliver Global/ Regional Quality Assurance Reviews in accordance with IIA/ best practices standard

* Deliver the assigned Quality Assurance Reviews, with specific focus on IT General Controls/ Cyber Security/ IT Applications/ Infrastructure Audits as per the Annual Quality Assurance Improvement Plan

* Assist in the development and delivery of appropriate global training programmes to various levels of management and staff within INA to ensure knowledge and skills is appropriate across global and regional audit teams

* Establish effective, credible and appropriate working relationships with all INA staff

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

* Strong practical audit experience either as Audit Lead or Key Audit Team Member. With knowledge and experience of best practices from other financial institution is a plus.

* Have the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification and a track record of successful delivery of audits, including experience in leading teams and coaching team members

* The individual should be keen on attention to detail with sufficient audit experience and knowledge to challenge Audit Management and Team members in order to get to the right results, operating in line with HSBC values

* Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively challenge senior management whilst maintaining a professional and repeatable relationship
