A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their organisation near Galway, Ireland. If you have the ability to set up a new manufacturing process, then you could be the Manufacturing Engineer that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will manage the scale up and commercialisation of a new manufacturing process, harnessing your skillset to ensure that target yield, capacity and productivity is achieved. You will design, procure and construct 'Lean' production lines and will implement preventive maintenance and calibration routines. Furthermore, you will demonstrate excellent leadership skills when providing training to product builders and technicians.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Significant transfer experience,

* Engineering degree or equivalent

* Excellent technical understanding of set up and maintenance of manufacturing processes

Although not an essential requirement for the role, if you have Lean manufacturing experience, this may help you to stand out from the crowd.
