Employee Operations Coordinator

A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking an Employee Operations Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month FTC basis. If you can demonstrate experience in a shared service environment using SAP and Microsoft Office, then you could be the Employee Operations Coordinator we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As an Employee Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for conducting monthly audits and maintaining all process and procedure manuals while proactively seeking to ensure service improvement. You'll work collaboratively with Payroll to deliver a fast, efficient and fair service and undertake project work as required. You will manage the end to end employee life-cycle in terms of systems updates in a customer-focused manner in line with operational SLAs.

What skills/experience should you have?

Demonstrable experience in a shared service environment

Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Office

Meticulous attention to detail

Problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with ability to work to deadline
