Your New Role

This organization runs the ServiceNow platform and focuses heavily on using the primary modules of Incident, Problem, and Change as well as service catalog, knowledge, asset management, and many custom applications. As a developer, you will work to expand the companies use of ServiceNow while fine-tuning its current offerings.

What You'll Need to Succeed

ServiceNow development experience is required as well as the ability to lead a team of junior developers. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary as the company cares deeply about its dynamic culture and wants the candidate to add to it. Full comfortability with the ServiceNow platform, specifically the ITSM module is required. Willingness to work on-site in Cincinnati is a must.
