Our Client in the East Midlands is looking for x2 RPA Developers with knowledge/experience in UiPath.

Job Purpose

Ui Path is at the forefront of the Robotic process Automation (RPA) revolution at Electrocomponents. Joining a newly formed automation team you will focus on building the end to end automation process solutions across several business units in the America's, Asia Pacific and European regions.

Person Specification

* Previous experience of at least one of the top 3 RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism or Automation Anywhere)

* Solid programming/software development background in .NET, Java or VB/VBA

* Scripting knowledge or experience (Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.)

* SME in the usage and functionality of RPA software end to end

* Assumes leadership and bulk of tasks in robotizing at least one business process, in case of robotizing multiple processes simultaneously by the CoE team

* Problem-solves issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required

* Configures new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

* Demonstrates ability to perform root cause analysis to identify errors/exceptions and recommends test scope and test approach improvements

* Creates and maintains RPA solution documentation

* Creates and documents test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

* Supports RPA team members and business units/SME's in testing activities, including SIT (System Integration Testing), new functionality testing (FAT), end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT

* Mentors less experienced colleagues through training and accreditation program - providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques

* Used to working collaboratively and with a diverse group of people

* An influential communicator who can influence and challenge whenever necessary

* Is not afraid to positively agitate current thinking in order to deliver substantial improvement and optimisation.

* Will leave no stone unturned in their quest for delivering optimised and scalable performance even if that means challenging behaviours, people, processes and practices at every level of the organisation

* Is known as a person who will deliver and has demonstrable experience of delivering improvement and scalable solutions at pace

* Enjoys overcoming challenges, is proactive about own personal development and contributes to creating a fun, yet professional team spirit.
