£30,000-£35,000 (£50,000 O.T.E.) + Overtime + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity to work for an exciting company in a varied role as an Operations Manager who will manage all aspects of a growing business.

On offer is the chance to work in an ambitious company who are becoming increasingly well-known within the automotive and aerospace industries.

This local manufacturing company manufactures specialist composite components for use within the automotive and aerospace industry. Following more contracts and continued growth, this company are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee, streamline and develop their business.

The successful applicant will be expected to aid the company's development through management of the workshop, management of finances and logistics, developing effective forms of indirect and direct marketing.

This is a great opportunity to enter into a company at management level, with the potential to streamline its current system in order to aid the development of all levels of the business.

The role:

*Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

*Maintaining workshop and financial management in conjunction with an effective marketing strategy

*Overseeing all levels of business operations.

The person:

*Proven track record within any manufacturing industry

*Financial, IT and marketing competency

*Experience in management positions
