Do you have the experience of working in a dynamic environment and want to apply those skills helping us grow? We now require an additional Desktop Engineer to be part of a small to medium customer projects delivery team ensuring Delt delivers real benefits to our customers. The work is varied in nature incorporating a mixture of service improvement and project work.

If you have real world experience of some or all the tech listed below we’d like to talk to you.

Essential

                     A minimum of Microsoft MCP, MCTS or equivalent experience.

                     ITIL Foundation V3.

                     Experience working with technical project delivery liaising with project managers and 3rd parties.

                     Efficient in producing good documentation, diagrams, and procedures.

                     Experience of relevant Microsoft technologies including the following:

o Microsoft Windows OS

o Microsoft SCCM

o Microsoft WSUS

o App Packaging (App-V, Scripted Installs, MSI)

o Group Policy Objects

                     Demonstrable experience of working in a desktop management role within a complex ICT environment along with excellent knowledge of desktop, laptop and mobile device hardware, operating systems and protocols.

                     Commitment to personal and professional development.

                     Experience in providing a customer focused ICT service working within a complex ITIL environment.

                     A full UK driving license.

Desirable

A working knowledge of any of the following technical competencies would be a distinct advantage:

                     Experience with Office365

                     Microsoft System Center Suite (SCOM, SCORCH, SCVMM)

                     Experience with MDM platforms, specifically Airwatch or InTune.

                     Lync 2010/2013 or Skype for Business

                     Exposure to or understanding of PCI-DSS or PSN standards

                     Microsoft VPN Solutions
