This is an opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join an exciting and growing web agency based in outskirts of Liverpool.
With a team 18 strong, they work in areas including Web Design, eCommerce, Web Development, SEO, PPC and Social.
They are currently recruiting a Digital Account Manager to look after key clients.
As a Digital Account Manager you will work on new and existing client accounts to ensure that we deliver the highest service level. You will maintain regular contact with clients and wil review account performance monthly to ensure that objectives are met.
You will work closely with internal departments (SEO, PPC and Design and Development) to oversee service delivery. You will attend both internal and external client meetings and proactively anticipate client's expectations.
You will be responsible for client satisfaction and communication, with an eye for spotting new opportunities.
Key skills:
- Good general understanding of the web and digital marketing
- Experience of managing multiple accounts
- analysing data and understanding trends will be part of the day to day role
- Excellent communicator and ability to relay information internally and to clients
