Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the Sustaining Engineer will be responsible for all areas of sustainability including

* resolving manufacturing & customer issues on site

* providing technical expertise to assist with the modification of existing and new products

* component selection

* being one of the main interfaces between company personnel and clients

You will need to have the following skill set

* Experience working with electronics or power electronic manufacturing

* previous experience leading a small team

* Ideally able to speak both Mandarin and English
