I am currently working with a very exciting, young organisation looking to completely revolutionise the industry which they work within.

The company are doing very well in their market at present, but in order to progress the business to the next level they are focusing their efforts on improving the infrastructure within the business to better support their development team.

This is why a new Scrum Master is top of their priorities at the moment and ideally they are looking for individuals with the following skills:

- Demonstrable experience in a Scrum Master/ Project Manager position

- Knowledge of the full SDLC

- In depth knowledge of Agile Methodologies

- Ideally some experience of working with Remote Teams

For the roles my client is looking to compensate the ideal Scrum Master with a generous salary between £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits and very real scope for career progression over the coming years. They are based in Central London so are easily commutable from Greater London, Surrey, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Essex and Kent.
