IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk / Service Desk

I have recently partnered with a market leading food manufacturer in the South West who are looking for an IT Support Analyst.

I am ideally looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced IT support environment such as an IT Helpdesk or IT Service desk for a medium to large company. To succeed in this role you'll need to be able to think on your feet, prioritising the most important tickets to ensure the smooth running of the company's full IT systems.

In this role you will be providing technical support to all levels of the business so a professional manner and strong interpersonal skills are important.

Key responsibilities:

* Effectively manage helpdesk calls + ticketing system

* Provide IT support across the business

* Build workstations for new employees

* Carry out IT Helpdesk administrative tasks such as hardware stocktake

* Travel to other sites and rota'd on call work will be required for this role on occasion

Requirements:

* IT helpdesk/service desk experience

* Good time management and organisational skills

* Strong interpersonal + communication skills

* Full UK driver's license
