Solutions Architect

One of our top UK service clients is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Bristol. You will be required to develop viable high level solution designs that are appropriate for re-use in line with IT Strategy and Architecture.

You will be accountable for providing programme and project technical expertise in order to deliver to shape the delivery and provide appropriate solutions.

Solutions Architect duties will include, but not limited to:

*Designing and consulting on high level IT Solutions, championing IT strategy and architecture within the programme or project

*Producing design solutions that encompass the business requirements, whilst following best practice and government frameworks

*Be involved with shaping work, assessing the initial impact of new initiatives or projects

*Responsible for defining best practice, encouraging the re-use of assets

*Defining technology patterns within your specific area od expertise

*Acting as the key contact for IT

As the Solutions Architect, you will be required to possess:

*Proven track record delivering solutions for programmes/projects

*A working knowledge of Technical Solution processes and associated techniques

*Experience working on moderately complex assignments within a large sale organisations

*Previous experience providing specialist technical expertise to solve business issues

*Proven track record of technical platforms and design solutions

*Good facilitation skills, both business and technical

*Experience with systems analysis and design

*Familiarity with network architecture and services would be advantageous
