Senior Project Manager | City of London | Hotels and Residential
An exciting position has become available with a prestigious company who are involved with high value premium developments across London, with focus on residential and hotels. This company are experts in managing top end developments and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a prestitigious hotel project with a total build value of over £500 million.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a team of 20 experts who all have experience working on premium developments and will be based out of their London office for the duration of the contract. It is important that the applying Senior Project Manager has experience working on large residential/hotel developments with build values exceeding £100 million.
Requirements for this Senior Project Manager position:
* Experience working within a consultancy environment or client side.
* Must have experience working on large residential/hotel developments with values exceeding £100m.
* Experience working for demanding and high profile clients.
* Must have extensive contract administration experience, solid understanding of both JCT and NEC forms of contract.
* Must have previously worked as a Senior PM on construction projects.
* Previous experience working for a large consultancy firm will be advantageous
Remuneration for this Senior Project Manager position:
* £80,000 - £85,000 per annum (depending on experience).
* Car or travel allowance.
