The role of single ERP SC Partner Readiness Engagement Enabler with HPE's chosen deployment EMEA SC partner, will represent HPE to faciliate and manage the dependent milestone owners across the multiple interlated teams, e.g HPE Business, HPE IT, Deloitte IT, SAP Ariba, to ensure single ERP program requirements both technical and business, are delivered in a manner which can be comprehended by the SC Partner. This person will work to track and deliver all documentation and have the ability to bridge the technical and business requirement connection across all aspecst of SC Partner Readiness.

Close interaction/engagement with HPE business & IT functions through all aspects of the organisation, and relevant external teams is essential

Key Responsibilities

* Understand single ERP collaboration design across each impacting SC functional area

* Prepare both internal and external documentation (business (process / policy) and IT where appropriate) and facilitate delivery to the external SC deployment partner

* Facilitate management of all internal and external team resources in delivery of project requirements to SC EMEA deployment partner

* Progress requirement (business and IT where appropriate) enablement at SC Partner, track milestones, report and lead issue resolution, report risk through each stage of the SC Partner project readiness plan (design , build, test, MTP, deploy)

* Manage inter-dependencies between own project(s) and other parts of the SERP Implementation

* Manage sub project deliverables and dependencies for completion

* Create and provide regular status updates

* Leads regular progress meetings

* Escalation of issues as needed to SC Partner Readiness lead

* Ensure project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet the agree performance criteria

* Manages project closedown in a controlled manner ensuring clean handover to operations and provision of all required operating metrics and documents

* Ensure all activities are conducted with the established legal and HPE policy frameworks
