Android Developer (Java Agile TDD CI/CD microservices). Would you like to create a FinTech Android app from scratch and progress your career in a supportive, tech driven environment?

FinTech start-up is seeking a highly skilled Android Developer. You'll work fairly autonomously to build a robust, scalable and secure eWallet Android app from scratch; in line with the iOS app that has already been created.

As an Android Developer you'll be a key member of the engineering team and will work collaboratively to evolve the existing architecture, improve operations and implement new features and functionality. The technical stack is Go, Python, React with microservices architecture and CI/CD.

This Android Developer role presents an excellent opportunity to join a well backed start-up that is already experiencing great success. You'll be based in a trendy tech area of London with lots going on.

Requirements:

*Strong software engineering background (most likely Java) with recent Android app development

*Design and architecture experience, ideally will have built an app from scratch

*Experience with secure, reliable services

*Good knowledge of Computer Science principles

*Experience with Agile and the full development life cycle, CI/CD and related tooling (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin)

*Strong problem solving skills

*Collaborative team member, keen to work in a start-up environment with lots of ownership

*Nice to have: Kotlin

As an Android Developer you will earn a competitive salary (to £80k) plus 25 days holiday and stock options.
