I am currently working with a multi-disciplined architectural, building surveying, and project Management company based in Essex who are on the lookout for a couple of  Architectural Technician. With a consistent flow of projects incoming they are looking for people to hit the ground running.This RIBA certified organisation has a portfolio book full of work from the following sectors: Residential, Commercial, Education, Industrial, and Leisure, from RIBA stages 0 to 7.The ideal Junior or Senior Architectural Technician candidate will have experience in the following areas:-          Minimum of 2 to 3 years UK experience-          Working in a minimum of 2 of the sectors they work in  -          New build and High End Residential is a bonus-          Ability to work independently-          String technical detailing / drawings-          Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (technical test for junior role)-          Proven leader, experience running projects and teams (senior role)The Architectural Technician would need to be able to think innovatively and creatively in order to create ground breaking results for their projects in a timely and efficient manner.
