Location: London
Duration: 3 months initial
Day Rate: £225 - £250
Digital Business Analyst - We are actively seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join one of the UK's Largest Charities based in London on an initial 3 month contract. As the Digital Business Analyst you will working with the Innovation and Product Development teams to deliver great customer experience.
As the Digital Business Analyst you will support the development of new products, features and functions which also includes customer testing at quality assurance. The Digital Business Analyst will create user stories for the new products, manage backlogs and take technical thoughts to produce a high level product roadmap. The Digital Business Analyst will need strong experience working on customer facing products and services with Agile based delivery.
Digital Business Analyst:
* Strong experience working as a Business Analyst on customer facing products and services with Agile based delivery.
* UX and Service design approach to delivering products.
* Able to manage Jira and Confluence workflows.
* Technical and Analytical thinker.
* Able to work in an Agile environment.
* Excellent communication skills are vital.
