Maintenance Electrician - (commercial/depot work)

£32500 per annum/£14.70 per hour (basic hours) Overtime at X1.5 and X2 OTE £40000 + Pension, 28 days holiday, Company vehicle, Ipad, Mobile phone, and callout allowance

Selhurst - Field based role - with travel around the south coast depots (travel time paid)

Monday - Friday days based role with overtime available and on call duty one out of four weeks

Are you an experienced commercial electrician? Do you have experience of working on commercial buildings? My client are a leading building services business, who due to rapid expansion are looking for new Maintenance Electricians to service a number of newly acquired contracts.

As such, the successful candidate will have experience of electrical maintenance of commercial properties, hold a full driving license and be willing to travel along the south coast (travel time paid). In addition to this they will also hold some or all of the relevant tickets, these include: City & Guilds 2395, 2394, 2393, 2392, 17th Edition and 2377/PAT testing (not essential that they have all of these)

The role:

*Electrical maintenance work of commercial property

*Field based role - Candidates should be within Commutable distance to the Selhurst area but will be working along the south coast (travel time paid)

*Monday to Friday days based work with overtime at X1.5 and X2

The person:

*Experienced commercial electrician

*Experienced in maintenance work

*holding some or all of the relevant tickets, these include: City & Guilds 2395, 2394, 2393, 2392, 17th Edition and 2377/PAT testing (not essential that they have all of these)
