Support Analyst - 1st/2nd line supportWe are currently looking for an experienced and talented Support Analyst to join an IT Technical Support Team based in London. The position is for an initial 3 month contract.Responsibilites:Working as part of the IT Technical Support team, assist with the day to day support of PC, desktop and supporting systems, and carry out any IT related requests, as instructed by the support managerAssist with the support for all PC hardware, laptops, printers, scanners, Mobile and PC based applications such as Microsoft Outlook and MS Office. Work with third parties and pass calls to other teams within IT when required. Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
