Java Developer

Java developer to join a small consultancy who are partnered up with some of the biggest banking clients in the UK. Java developer will be responsible for design & development in an agile (scrum) team, looking over analysis and reverse engineering of application.Continuous research and prototyping for new technologies and frameworks as well as policy scripting and analysis of authentication behaviour. You will also perform test script analysis and support to wider product teams Requirements:

* 5 years+ Java developer experience

* Security administration, policy design, and scripting experience

* Oauth and jWT toke services experience

* analytical approach and curiosity about how things work, not only if they work

* more than 5 years of working experience in professional software development with Java; Open Source experience works, too

* working experience with relational database systems

* in-depth understanding of network protocols and web services (SOAP and REST)

* knowledge about Java EE, Maven, OSGi & Apache Tomcat

* working experience with Scrum, Jira and version control systems

* basic cryptography knowledge

* responsibility, commitment and team spirit

This is 6 months rolling contract based in London.
