Corporate Communications & Social Media SME - Permanent - Gloucestershire - Excellent

We are looking for a Corporate Communications & Social Media SME to join our expanding Marketing & Communications team of 5. You will work closely with all members of the Business Transformation, Marketing & Communications Team to support both internal and external campaigns and projects. You will report into the Communications Manager and be responsible for supporting them and the wider business in digital communications, producing videos, graphics and copy.

Key Responsibilities:

-Own, develop and update digital marketing and communications channels

-Implement social media strategy and escalate any issues

-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on marketing and communications requirements and curate content for use across our clients marketing and communications channels

-Design, create, edit and develop engaging video graphics, animation and copy

-Work with key external suppliers to ensure delivery against agreed briefs

Skills / Experience:

-A social media expert who is able to create content using Adobe packages

-Corporate communication experience with social media is a must

-The ability to write engaging copy

-Social media skills and techniques (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook etc.)

-Design and editing skills and techniques particularly in PowerPoint, iMovie, After Effects and other Creative Suite products

-Have an understanding of the cyber, electronic warfare or defence industry

-Understanding of organisational structure

-A relevant qualification
