CRM Business Analyst-London- £45,000 + Bonus

Our client operating in the Financial Services sector is looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Business analyst who can help develop the functionality and value of their Salesforce CRM system. The role will involve leading the operational support of the Salesforce system and sales processes, and you will reporting to the Technology Director.

Skills required:

* Strong CRM experience

* Experience working with commercial business teams to identify process improvements and document requirements

* ADM 201 Salesforce Certified

* Experience generating complex reports / workflows within Salesforce

* Knowledge of SQL is advantageous

* Strong knowledge of MS Office Platform (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Good interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational and project management skills

* Excellent communicator, both orally and in written materials

* Highly numerate; able to manipulate data and produce sound analysis

* Drilled in 'zero defects' standards for client-ready materials
