Helpdesk Technical Administrator

We need someone to be the glue in the business - To co-ordinate, to drive improvement and provide support… Are YOU up to the job?

You will get involved in all areas of the operations and technical processes, whilst promoting an environment that will allow the IT support team to operate efficiently and provide quality support to their customers.

This hugely varied job will pull you in all directions from sales order processing, administration, project co-ordinating, technical helpdesk, resource planning, coaching, training, finance, document management, stock inventory and reporting.

It will be your remit to actively seek, identify and implement improvements to processes to ensure the company remains competitive and efficient.

About you

You will have:

- 1st line IT technical support experience, at minimum

- Providing a high standard of customer service

- Diary and work load management

- Working knowledge of helpdesk systems

- Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel

- Strong numeracy and organisation skills

- Producing weekly reports and providing feedback data

In addition to your natural flair for initiative and ability to communicate and resolve problems with people at all levels, you must be able to prioritise your workload and think on your feet.
