Outline of duties:
The main responsibility of this role is to support with the data management surrounding all agency contract and temporary staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide a pro-active contractor approval process. As first point of contact for the internal hiring managers, you will ensures a professional and positive experience in taking requests, through the system to approval and ensuring that the external provider are notified accordingly.
* Provide an efficient service to Hiring Managers providing advice and guidance in engaging contractors. Chase end dates approx. 6-8 weeks prior to end date and ensure that internal systems are correct (SAP).
* Creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience whilst advising on likely employment status and any divisional priority.
* Posting contractor jobs on internal system for our external agency
* Provide up to date statistical contractor data to all of the HR and Finance Teams on a weekly/fortnightly basis
* Tracking on-boarding for contractors
* There will be opportunities to collaborate across the function by supporting projects or other activities
You will also be assisting with key activities within the Employee Services team.
These include:
* Employee Services
* Payroll
* Systems and Management Information
* Processes and Intranet
* Resourcing
Experience & Knowledge:
Knowledge, Skills required:
* Understanding or experience in a resourcing role
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Systems knowledge and proven capability - in particular; Excel, SAP and Outlook
* Accuracy, efficiency and pro-activeness
* Work as part of team with the ability to work independently
Challenges:
* Challenging more senior stakeholders over authorisation
* Pushing back on requests where authorisation decisions count against them
Personal and Behavioural requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
Essential/Desirable qualifications:
* Proficient in Excel
* HR Experience desirable
* Strong administration skills
