1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer / Support / Windows 10 / End User Computing / Group Policy / London / 3 Months
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer for a 3 month contract based in London. You will be joining a small team of Engineers to assist with their Windows 10 rollout, post migration support and also general 1st and 2nd line queries that come into the team. The role will consist of remote support and a mixture of face to face and floorwalking support.
Skills, experience and duties:
*Window 10 rollout experience
*Windows 10 troubleshooting skills
*Active Directory / Group policy experience
*Act as the face and front line of IT Support
*Responsible for 1st and 2nd line duties alongside Windows 10 activities
*Familiarity with Windows Terminal Services and / or Remote Access Systems
*DHCP, VPN, FTP
*IP configuration / troubleshooting
*IP Telephony - Mitel
*Working with service management systems -LANDesk (highly desirable)
Additional information:
*3 month contract + extensions
*Central London location
