Business Change Manager - London - 3 days p/w - Contract

I am currently working with a Real Estate business that is currently replacing its ERP solution and needs assistance with how to manage the people and business change aspects of the implementation.

Experience & Skills:

* Defining overall approach to Business Change with CFO/CEO

* Defining communication approach and managing communication on business change programs

* Defining approach to Organisation Change

* Defining approach to Training Needs Analysis

* Creating and providing process training

Timing:

There is likely to be part time requirement starting from October to manage the processes defined.
