Technical Business Analyst- London - £50k

We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join this fast-growing technology organisation. Specialising in Digital and mobile products they require a Business Analyst to come on board and assist with successfully delivering customer projects and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst:

* Be a hub of expertise for customers, QA and Development teams.

* Take ownership of the technical solution being delivered to customers.

* Provide functional consultancy, taking client requirements and translating them in to technical requirements.

* Assist customers throughout the entire SLDC client.

* Lead technical discussions and discovery meetings with customers.

* Be able to effectively work with a team dispersed throughout the UK and co-ordinate customer plans.

* Provide wire-framing, process mapping and technical writing.

* Deliver technical solutions in both Agile and Waterfall environments

* Investigate methods to continuously improve delivery to customers.

* Provide a high quality of written documentation

Skills and Experience required for Technical Business Analyst:

* Excellent understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

* Strong technical expertise with and of .Net, SQL, XML or JSON

* Experience working in a Business Analyst role looking after the needs of External customers.

* Knowledge of High volume transactional systems.

* Experience with enterprise scale cloud technology

* Excellent analytical and customer facing skills.

* Able to self-motivate and work autonomously whilst also being an excellent team player.

The Technical Business Analyst role is based in Central London.

The Technical Business Analyst role will pay a salary in the region of £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience and skill set.
