For our client in Berlin, we are currently looking for a SAP/ Workflow SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant.

Project language: English and German

Tasks:

-Leading of rollout projects for new processes and system functionalities within the area of Goals + Performance and Succession + Development

- Leading the implementation of Recruiting Marketing and Posting for all countries and units

- Providing continuous improvements together with the business representatives and business analysts for all implemented processes within Talent

- Translating functional requirements into technical requirements and tasks in alignment with technical and functional team members

- Providing expert support to system users and guiding of system developments always with having an eye on impacts on other processes or IT solutions

- Ensuring system compliance (data protection and quality, business continuity and disaster recovery)

- Coordinating of testing in alignment with test coordinators and respective technical teams

- Ticket management for respective area

- Organizing and coordinating of trainings and system demonstrations
