Business Analyst / Team Lead (Jira BA). Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to take on a challenging leadership role within a friendly and collaborative company.

Market leading financial platform is seeking a Business Analyst / Team Lead to be responsible for managing, co-ordinating and developing between 3 - 5 Business Analysts within the company's Application Support team. You will be assisting in the analysis of the business and liaising with the development team in Australia to devise system enhancements and develop system functionality.

As a Business Analyst / Team Lead your responsibilities will include; mentoring and developing team members where necessary, maintaining change management processes, enabling your team to take ownership of their own performance and managing day to day performance in order to meet workloads to a high standard.

Based in London, you will join a friendly and supportive company.

Requirements:

*Previous experience as a hands-on Business Analyst / Team Lead

*Strong people management skills with a proven track record of managing a small team previously

*Passionate about developing people and helping them increase their skills

*Ideally have financial services experience (knowledge of investment and financial products)

*Jira experience

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: Technical exposure, testing, QA
