KCOM are recruiting for a Transition Manager / Transition Project Manager to work on a 2 month contract with a client of ours based in Liverpool.

The role will be working on a short term basis and you will be tasked with the following;

- A discovery phase around existing system, infrastructure, security, networking and commercial matters

- Define the top-level transition approach

- Create a detailed plan for the first phase and oversee implementation

- Define the requirements and kick off the network and hosting implementation, working with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers

- Engage with the clients SLT and plan the configuration porting and transition of staff associated with both the technical and location change
