Our Head Office Server & Client Systems team is looking to recruit a proactive and hands on Systems Analyst. The position will be working in a small infrastructure team, and working closely with other teams within the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent support and customer service skills, and have a can do attitude.

What will you do?

To provide the business with the required level of service and support on existing systems

Coordinate and contribute to assigned tasks liaising with different business areas

Work with colleagues to ensure appropriate understanding of technical configurations

2nd & 3rd Line support / ticket resolution

System monitoring

BAU tasks

Occasional Server upgrades (night work/early start/weekends possible)

Occasional travel to Regional Distribution Centre’s for upgrades new installations

Occasional visits to external suppliers

Occasional travel within Europe

What will you need?

UK Driving License (desirable)

Time Flexible

Team player and positive attitude

Technically sound knowledge of:

VMware vSphere and client virtual technologies

Basic networking

Veritas Netbackup

Active Directory / Office 365 / Exchange / Cloud

SCCM

Client OS including Windows 10

Microsoft Server OS

Service now (desirable)

Server and backup hardware (desirable)

Nagios (desirable)

NetApp Storage (desirable)

IBM Domino/Notes (desirable)

ITIL Foundation (desirable)

What do we offer?

£24,360 - £39,000 per annum (subject to experience)

An additional 10% of your annual salary as a non-contractual London Weighting benefit
