Our client is the charity that saves lives at sea. They are now looking for a number of Infrastructure Support Analysts to join their team in Poole.
From frontline operations at sea to their sophisticated fundraising operation, it's what our client does that makes it such a unique organisation. And sitting right at the heart of it are the organisation’s central servers. They're absolutely business critical - and you'll be key to their operation.
You will be part of the friendly, collaborative Infrastructure team providing administration and maintenance of the overall on-premise and Cloud Production, DR and Non-Production systems.
To be considered, you will need:
- An understanding of LAN and WAN networking
- An ITIL certification
- A Microsoft Server certification
- A Level qualifications (or equivalent)
Experience of the following is also essential:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Server
- Storage Area Networks
- Managed desktop environments
- A service Level based environment
Ideally, you’ll have experience of Microsoft System Center, but this isn’t essential.
