Assembly Technician

Sidcup, Kent

£20'000-£24'000 + Training and Development + Benefits

Are you a practical, hands on person with strong assembly and mechanical skills? Are you looking for technically challenging and secure position with a market leading worldwide organization?

This company specialise in the manufacture of high end equipment supplied into medical and pharmaceutical industries. Established over 100 years ago this company grew throughout the recession worldwide and are continuing to do so through increased sales and product innovation. They have a reputation for the quality of their products and service and now require an assembly technician to assist in the manufacture of their high end electro-mechanical products.

The products are manufactured by a team of Technicians using a variety of tools and techniques including air tools, drilling equipment and welding and braising within a continuous improvement environment.

The ideal person will have a strong mechanical background ideally from an electro-mechanical environment. Experience of welding advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

The Role:

*Assembly of high end sterilization products for a world renowned business

*Mechanical fitting and assembly using a variety of tools and techniques

*Welding and braising

*Working Monday to Friday

The Person:

*Must have a strong mechanical background ideally from an assembly background

*Experience in an electro-mechanical environment advantageous.
