My Client is a world leader in their respective field and are looking to add a Cloud Support Engineer to the team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional knowledge and expertise in cloud support.

Skill Set:

* Fundamental skills in WAN network & firewall administration plus troubleshooting network issues.

* Basic familiarity of Linux command-line experience.

* Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) networks and protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA & Intercomm5 useful but not mandatory.

* Experience in remote communications using (3G) cellular data networks around the world a benefit.

* Proven experience/ background of working within an IT support or networking function

This role supports a customer-centric approach, where the shift is from 'product' to 'service'. Remote monitoring enables this digital transformation through key features and real-time insight to customer needs.
