Service Delivery Manager, Central London office location, Up to £56,000 base salary, Professional services body, Large digital Transformation Project

A leading professional services body in Central London are looking for a service delivery manager to join their team, offering a competitive salary of up to £56,000.

This truly is the 'right time right place' opportunity, a chance to join a major professional services body as they are undergoing a large digital transformation project. You will be challenged to develop IT processes and procures as well as setting up a service desk- defining process and practice from scratch. Not only will you champion several I Service Management processes you'll also play a lead role in service design and continuous review and improvements to the systems.

To apply for this role you require:

* Experience developing IT processes and procedures

* Experience leading a service delivery team, mentoring and coaching junior colleagues

* ITIL certified is highly desirable

* Experience working with Microsoft products including Dynamics CRM and SharePoint

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, building relationships and managing expectations with senior stakeholders
