Multiple opportunities available within the RF, Analogue and mixed-signal IC design team.

Contract opportunities: 3-6 months

Start date: ASAP

Rate: £50-60 per hour

Location: Oxfordshire

Key Skills:

* Experience in RFIC/Analogue/Mixed Signal schematic design in CMOS

* Linux/Office

* Low power

* MatLab/Octave

* High speed serial interfaces, Data converters, Filters and amplifiers etc.

* IC/SOC full design, layout and implementation experience

* Bluetooth/Zigbee/WiFi/WiMax, GSM/3G/LTE, GPS, NFC, HDMI, USB, etc.

* CAD tools; Cadence Virtuoso Platform: RF, analogue and AMS simulation, OCEAN, ADE-XL, Spectre/APS

Desirable:

* Experience in EM simulation & mmWave RF IC circuit design.
