Vacancy: Project Manager - Commissioning & Handover

Start date: End of July / Start of August

Day rate: £300-£350 (possibly negotiable for the right candidate)

Contract length: 6 Months initially

The client is 3 months from completing the development of 22 high end apartments created for over 55's, based in Wimbledon. They require a Project Manager, with significant experience leading the final stage of a development mainly the handover from the contractor to the Housing Association then on to the tenant. This includes such things as the user guides and Health & Safety issues/checks etc.

You will be working with senior stakeholders across the business, working with the contractor and the sales/tenant teams to ensure a smooth, compliant handover.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full handover in addition to working with Sales and tenant teams
