VMware/ VDI Engineer - Solihull - £negotiable - 6 Months

VCP Certified, VMware VDI, VMware View / Horizon 4.1-6.0 and Thin Apps, VMware 6.2.1 VMware ESXi, VCenter, Vspere

Working for a leading IT Systems provider we are seeking a VCP certified VMware VDI Specialist with additional skills in VMware ESXi, VCenter, Dell SAN and understanding of Juniper/Cisco Networks. The role will be based from Solihull/Birmingham and have some travel to client sites in Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and Milton Keynes. The position is to support an appliance that hosts virtual desktop, deep learning and artificial intelligence. This successful candidate will support this VDI and VMware environment and will have deep skills in VMware VDI, VMware View / Horizon 4.1, 5.3 & 6.0 and 7.0 This Apps as well as, VMware 6.2.1, VMware ESXi 4.1 through to 6.5, VCenter, and ideally VSphere. SAN storage and networking understanding using Cisco/ Juniper would be useful.

The successful candidate with have the ability to provide customer support both face to face and over the phone in a consultative style with the ability to build key working relationships with customers technical teams. Apply now for immediate consideration and interview.
