Project Manager - Service Now (Service Management Tool) implementations

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with a multi-national technology company based in Sunbury or Heathrow. Key Responsibilities:

* Works across the clients divisions to achieve change and improvements in performance.

* Ability to respond to and/or lead others through change management activities which enable the delivery of programme/project objectives. Understands the issues and dynamics of behavioural change on people, process and organisation.

* Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders

* The ability to identify, analyse and manage stakeholders at different levels, both within and outside the organisation, to achieve programme/project objectives. This includes communications planning and execution and tailoring of engagement strategies and techniques to achieve objectives. Stakeholder management is an on-going activity across all initiatives, inherently linked to the initiative's life cycle and governance controls.

* The ability to ensure that programme/project activities prioritise and deliver tangible qualitative and quantitative benefits (e.g. costs saved or revenue increased, improved customer satisfaction, reduced lead times) that seek to maximise the total benefit/customer profitability for the clients customers.

* Is able to clearly articulate the benefits of work undertaken and quantify and minimise risks associated with changes to plan.

* The ability to set up and provide ongoing management of robust programme/project controls, methodologies and reporting measures as appropriate to the scale and complexity of the work.

* Includes: change control, scope management, forecasting, resource management (including people, assets, tools, information), budgeting and cost management, quality assurance, risk/opportunities and issues management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Experience in terms of Service Now (Service Management Tool) implementations.

* Extensive Project management experience in a fast paced environment with a proven track record of successfully delivering strategically important or highly complex projects which have delivered significant business benefit.

* Strong leadership capability with exceptional track record of leading and developing large teams in fast paced, changing environment

* Track record of defining and delivering business benefit, which may be cross system and cross business in nature, and which business benefit may be driven by risk reduction or stability improvement.

* Expert in Stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
