Project Manager - 3-month Contract - London

Project Manager required to join an IT Services Corporation based in London on a 3-month contract.

About the project:

The client has implemented a programme to transition and transform the HR IT estate and associated purposes into SAP SuccessFactors in order to decommission HR SAP and supplementary HR systems. The project has already delivered 2 phases.

The next phase to go live is when integration is turned on with the End User Management programme.

All individuals registered in SAP SuccessFactors will have some personal data flow through to End User Management Programme, where they will be given a unique ID, which will then be tied with the Branch ID to ensure tighter training / compliance controls at branch level.

The role consists of:

* Management of the project resources (BA, Testers, Technical SME, Sol Architect, Data Analyst, PMO)

* Managing risk

* Project planning

* Team Management

* Driving workshops

* Ensuring deliverables are met

* Reporting

* Governance

* Research application

* Stakeholder management

Challenging aspects of the role:

* Getting decisions from the business

* Escalating issues

* Slow urn

* Late requirements

* Being able to push back against the team

No technical skills required - There are technical project workers within the team therefore you do not need to be a technical project manager but you must have a resilient character to see things through.
