Support Analyst (SQL ITIL Salesforce Graduate). Fantastic opportunity for a bright graduate to join a forward thinking, collaborative company that are passionate about technology and delivering exceptional products.
Successful FinTech is seeking a Support Analyst to help support the company's production technology systems, on-board new clients and support the QA team in testing new code to enable new products. Your responsibilities will include; proactively monitoring the production services, providing first line support to customers, working with the client delivery team to ensure that they have satisfied pre-production checks before release and dealing with any service incidents that arise.

Requirements:
*Must speak fluent English and either Italian or Spanish (ideally both)
*Good technical background with experience of databases / SQL (able to create and run own queries)
*Able to provide application support in a client facing environment
*Degree educated in Computer Science or similar (2:1 or above)
*Willing to work alternative shift pattern, including a Friday night shift on alternative weeks
*Strong work ethic and a flexible attitude
*Excellent communication skills
*Desirable: Understanding of ITIL and Salesforce
