A Consultancy based in Birmingham is looking to expand their Project Management team as they deal with an increasing workload in the Commercial and high-rise sectors. My client is setting this office up in Birmingham due to the extra demand in this region.

The role is a great opportunity to join a Consultancy that are opening a fresh office with a number of seasoned expert individuals therefore a huge opproutntity gain knowledge and experiance. The client i am dealing with has asked to highlight how important traning and development really are to them.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor should have:

* Must have 3 or more years' experience working in the build sector.

* A willingness to develop and progress their career.

* Experience working on residential projects

Contract Details:

Salary: £30K to £40K

Package: Pension, Car, Bonus etc.

Location: Birmingham
