Central London - 12 month fixed-term - Salary - £53,597 plus benefits (Pension, Private Health Care, Life Assurance, and more)
Are you an experienced Communications professional? Do you have a passion for mapping who the key influencers are within a specific sector, as well as raising awareness among parliamentarians?
If this sound like you we are looking to recruit a Stakeholder Engagement Manager for a personal finance consumer focused organisation, who operate on a not for profit basis. Based in the company office in London, you will play a key role in leading on the development and execution of the stakeholder engagement strategy and communications programme; as well as manage the briefing process for the Debt Director and supporting with other ELT briefings.
In order to be able to make an effective contribution our client will require someone to demonstrate the following qualification, skills and experience:
* Solid understanding of a range of communications disciplines
* Comprehensive knowledge of the workings of Westminster and devolved Parliaments
* Strong partnership and stakeholder management abilities, with expertise in influencing senior level stakeholders
* Expertise in developing and delivering successful corporate engagement strategies and plans
* Strong networking and presentation, written and verbal communication skills
* Comprehensive project management skills and the ability to deliver projects within inter-departmental teams
* Expertise in managing external suppliers and agencies
* Event management knowledge and experience
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a strong customer focus
* An understanding of the financial services and financial capability sector and relevant landscape is highly desirable.
