Dexters are looking to bring in an experienced data manager on a 6 month contract on an important project responsible for data quality and compliance. Helping the business to collect, analyse and apply the most accurate data with a view to improving customer and client satisfaction and allowing the business to maximise the revenue potential of its data.This role does have the capacity to become a permanent role
Main purpose of the Role : Responsible for data quality and compliance. Helping the business to collect, analyse and apply the most accurate data with a view to improving customer and client satisfaction and allowing the business to maximise the revenue potential of its data.
Key Responsibilities:
* To act as the "Guardian" of our Client and Customer Data across all business systems.
* Responsible for data compliance ensuring that data is used in line with current legislation.
* Protect and retain existing and all new data in line with any changes in legislation.
* Regularly analysing data for omissions, inconsistencies or anomalies that will impact on the future value of the data.
* Monitoring data entry procedures and designing appropriate management information reports to identify inappropriate use of database.
* Ensuring databases are being updated in line with Best Practice and that they meet the business requirements.
* Reporting to the business Heads on the quality of the data input by our offices and support teams.
* Making recommendations on how data quality can be improved.
* Working with marketing to analyse the results of our marketing activity to review how improved data quality can improve results.
* Coach Managers and consultants on data quality.
* Regular communication with Sales and Lettings MDs, providing feedback on the performance of their offices.
* Working with Coaching to identify lapses in Best Practice and coaching requirements.
* Advising on software improvements that will help control the quality of data collected.
Skills & requirements:
* Possible experience as a data manager.
* An analytical mind set with problem-solving skills.
* Good communicator able to work in a collaborative environment.
* Highly organised with an eye for detail.
