Mid/Senior/Lead-level UX/UI Designers

We're working with a start-up who are looking to build a new design team in Barcelona who are looking to hire 5 UX/UI Designers at all levels, for full time and permanent positions in Barcelona, Spain. This advert is open to designers from junior to Lead-level positions.

Junior/Mid Skills and Experience:

+2 years of experience with User Experience Design

+2 years of experience with User Interface Design

A basic knowledge of User Research OR testing techniques

Experience working in an agile environment

Degree or above in a UX Related Subject; UX, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, HCI etc.

English Speaking is essential.

Senior Level Skills and Experience:

+4 years of experience with User Experience Design

+4 years of experience with User Interface Design

Experience running and facilitating Usability Tests

A strong knowledge of User Research techniques

Experience working in an agile environment

Degree or above in a UX Related Subject; UX, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, HCI etc.

English Speaking is essential.

Lead-Level Skills and Experience:

+6 years of hands-on experience with User Experience Design

+6 years of hands-on experience with User Interface Design

Experience running and facilitating Usability Tests

An excellent knowledge of User Research techniques

Experience working as the Senior/Lead figure within a team

Experience working as a consultant, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment

Confidence to train and support Junior-Senior members of the team

Experience working in an agile environment

Degree or above in a UX Related Subject; UX, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, HCI etc.

English and Spanish Speaking is essential.

Bonus experience (not essential):

Spanish Speaking

Masters Degree or Above in a related subject

Data Visualisation experience; designing for data/graphs/charts

To successfully apply to this position, you must be eligible to live and work in the EU, as well as have a full and updated portfolio, showing your final designs and in-depth UX experience.
